Raz Xaidan is a Kurdish multidisciplinary artist, independent archivist, CURATOR, photographer and CULTURAL ADVOCATE whose work centREs on memory, identity, and statelessness. A daughter of the Kurdish diaspora, she was born in Sweden, raised in South London, and spent over a decade working as a creative in Kurdistan. Her practice merges archival methodology, visual storytelling, and experimental media to document and celebrate the lives of Kurdish women and broader themes of resistance, matriarchy, and cultural survival.
